About Manor Farm Developments

Manor Farm Developments is a property development and investment company founded by Michael Dunn in 2002.

Based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in the heart of the Oxford-Cambridge Growth Arc, Manor Farm Developments provides expert advice to landowners, farmers, developers and investors.

A privately funded company with financial strength, Manor Farm Developments is able to both buy land unconditionally and/or promote sites on behalf of land owners, without relying on approval of others.

Manor Farm Developments  is able to recognise opportunities that may exist to maximise land potential and can subsequently prepare, submit and obtain appropriate planning consent that will optimise that value.
